Everyone I need help with something:. Actually my husband did his medical on Nov 26 and got called for additional tests on Nov 28 so they did a sputum test on him .. after that they said the wait time will be 3 months and then we’ll get the results .. so we waited ..
And then on first week of February we got called and said results are good and they wanted to book an appointment on Feb 26 to do a following xray and see a TB specialist .. so we came and saw the doc and the doc told him he gotta do a ct scan as the ircc requested for it .. so we did that and he told us to come back On March 2nd and see the doc for results .. now my concern is I have the results and it states Mediastinal lymphadenopathya.. so will it get delayed ? Or it’s fine ?

And also wanted to mention that I got an email this morning that he got a pre arrival letter !

Now can someone help me understand in how long he might get passport request and another thing is will his medical be an issue ?

Sorry to hear this. He should visit a doctor to see if his condition can be treated.

Pre arrival letter doesn't mean anything. IRCC sends it at random stage. (even inland application when ppl don't need that kind of service)

Oh. And I want to add that it may take longer to rule out TB and other transmittable disease but spousal sponsorship applicants will not be refused based on excessive demand.
So just hang in there. It may take some time but spouse won't be refused based on medical.

Would personally be more concerned about finding out why he has the inflamed lymph nodes.
