I am looking to sponsor my spouse from Pakistan. I was married previously in Canada and have a divorced certificate.
Just looking to see If anyone have been in this situation before and If the application process is any different for second marriage compare to sponsoring for first marriage?

The application process is the same (same application package, same forms) although you may need to provide additional documents related to your divorce. Best advice any of us can give you is to follow the application guide in detail. As long as you got married to your second spouse after your divorce was finalized, it shouldn't be a problem.
