I am the sponsor and my spouse has received an interview request in her home country.
She is currently worker status in Canada which is expiring in 2 weeks. The interview is in her home country in 3 weeks.
We also applied for a TRV visitor visa but have not recieved a decision yet.
Is there anyway for the interview to be changed to be in Canada or it has to be as it states in the letter? Is it better to just go to the interview given to us to avoid delays?
Will she be able to come back to canada? I was under the impression that she could stay while waiting for the TRV decision even though her worker status may be expired but now she has go out from canada to attend the interview and may not be able to come back unless she gets the TRV

She must attend the interview at the location that CIC has chosen; she cannot have it transferred to Canada. This is one of the challenges with an Outland application. Inland applicants that require an interview, before CIC has made a decision on the PR application, have their interview at their local CIC office in Canada.
Once she leaves Canada, her Implied Status leaves with her. If she is not visa-exempt, she will need a new visa to return to Canada.
