Hi
I am finally almost at the end of completing this application, what a journey. I have a few remaining questions if someone could help, as follows:
A. I have organized the application three primary envelopes as follows:
1. Sponsor Application Forms and Supporting Documents
2. Sponsored Person Application Forms and Supporting Documents - prepared according to Latin America Guide
3. Proof of Genuine Relationship (e.g., relationship history summary, support letters, emails, photos, flight tix, joint bank account info, etc)
a) For the sponsor application package, I stated to refer to the Proof of Genuine Relationship envelope to review the documented proof and relationship history. I did not bother to repeat this entire envelope in the sponsor application envelope. For the sponsored person application form, I referred similar, but did add relationship history and documented proof of our marriage within this envelope. Do you think this would be fine?
B. Photographs
I got the photographs as requested in the Latin American Guide. Do they need to be stamped or anything else placed on the back side of the photos?
C. Police Clearance Certificate and Peru Birth Certificate
1. The PCC from Peru was in Spanish. I have included the original PCC, a certified English translated copy and a notarized copy of the original. Is this sufficient?
2. Does the Peru birth certificate require the same?
D. My wife, who was not married nor in a previous common-law relationship, has a 23 year old son living in Peru but who is not emigrating with her, or has plans to do so in the future.
1. Does the son and I each need to complete the Supplement to Schedule 1 - Background / Declaration?
2. Non-Accompanying Family Members Declaration - This is a bit confusing. Since the son is older than 22, he is not considered a dependent child. Do we still have to prepare this declaration? He is not intending to emigrate with her nor plans to do so in the near future.
Thank you for your help in advance!!!
