Spousal Permanent Residence Fees (Wife and Daughter (Proof of Citizenship))

Hello, I'm about to send away my wife's permanent residency forms. The application includes my wife and my our daughter and me as the sponsor.

When paying the fees I come up with: 75 dollars for the application, 475 for the applicant, and 490 for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

My Canadian friend said I had to also pay the Fee subject to a transitional provision of 150 for my daughter because she was born outside of Canada and under 22 years old. Is this true?

I applied for her Canadian citizenship and paid 75 dollars for it last week.

My daughter's application was approved at the embassy and is processing now.

Should I include a copy of payment from the embassy of my daughters proof of citizenship?

if your daughter is a canadian citizen then she is not to be included in the application and the fee does not apply. that fee is specific to children who are included in the application who are seeking PR status; it is not for any child born outside of canada under 22 years of age. your friend is wrong and you do not need to submit a fee for her, since your daughter is not eligible for pr and she is a Canadian citizen.

you only need to pay for your wife and only your wife needs to fill out applicant forms. you do need to provide proof of your daughter's citizenship in the application. so if you send the application before you get the certificate, yes, submit a copy of your proof of payment and her approval noting you'll send a copy of the certificate once it's received.
