My husband holds a work vis (processed by his employer) and currently in Canada. I have a visitor visa(processed by husbands employer as a dependent). What is the best way to apply for an open work permit for myself. Could someone suggest on the requirements and processing times for applying an SOWP from Canada and outside Canada.
