I am a student and my spouse wants to apply for an open spousal work permit for ME. What do WE need to provide in order to apply. Advise I AM THE STUDENT HE HAS HE WORK PERMIT.
How long does this application take and is it difficult to obtain.

If you are an international student full-time, you need only to meet the requirements for off-campus work permit and it is OPEN. You don't have to rely on your spouse's work permit.
If you are a part-time student, your spouse will need to be skilled woker for you to be eligible to sapply for open work permit.
