Spousal interviewed denied. Can somebody share their experiences.

Last August 30, 2018 my daughter was denied after her interview because they questioned about the ingenuity of their relationship as per advised of the lawyer we need to re-send it again any experiences that will prove more of their relationship and documents will be appreciated. Thank You.
