Hi everybody, my wife is Canadian citizen currently living there. Should I ask for a visitor visa and then apply for inland sponsorship? We are newlyweds and we miss each other a lot. I dont know wich option is better for us, applying inland or outland since we don't want to be apart all the processing time.

If I get the visitor visa, would I be able to remain in Canada while we wait for PR inland process?
Will I be able to work?

Where are you from?

If you get the visitor visa, then you can apply inland, and with the inland application you can include an application for an open work permit. However, in most cases applying outland is much faster. People can apply outland even if they are in Canada as a visitor.

Should definitely go outland. Inland is horrible in many ways. Longer processing time, inability to leave Canada, no ability to appeal a negative decision, etc. I recommend going outland + visitor visa. You might be able to remain together through inland, but you'll regret it later when you realize it will take almost 2 years to get PR.
