Hi ladies and gentlemen

If I submit my inland spousal application with my OWP application a few days after the January 31, 2019 deadline (as stated below), am I likely to be ineligible for the open work permit?

"As of December 22, 2014, open work permits may be issued under a pilot program to applicants who are in the spouse or common-law partner in Canada (SCLPC) class. The duration of this pilot program has been extended to January 31, 2019."

They haven't said. I am assuming applications received after Jan 31 will not be eligible for OWP if they do not extend the pilot - this is speculation on my part, but it's how I believe they will approach it (if they don't extend).
