Spousal GCMS notes Help!

I received my spousal GCMS notes today.

from what I see

It is total of 52 pages.

second page shows eligibility: in progress

however going down to 7 and 35th page it shows eligibility: Recommend interview

Does recommend interview means guaranteed interview? And
Which is the most up dated information as I scroll down the GCMS notes or the very first and second page

Highlighted bold letter says;
Marriage certificate: Registered
PA was in canada and removed for over stay, CASE REVIEWD

Sponsors age married to PA’s age. Spnr family and friends attended the wedding. Letter from friend supports courtship of their relationship from 2017. Photos seen. Evidence in file: Lease, joint bank account both have common address, however when the bank account open is unknown. Spnsr’s parents supporting letters in file.

In each section, the item numbered 1 is the most recent.

Recommended interview means that the case agent believes an interview is required, but a visa officer must determine if one will be held. Assume it will generally be held.

Will it say Interview Required when they have finally determined the case for interview?
