Am a refugee claimnant have no hearing date am of African accent I have two children back in Africa I got married last year October before my marriage my husband (canadian) tried twice to go and see my kids but ticket was cancelled twice now there is need to have the children to join us we are officially married and planning to have more children
1. My husband applied for spousal and we indicated my children as my dependents do they get pr when I get or should we apply separately for them
2. How can we have the children join us soon what is the process please help.
My spousal was submitted in February this year haven't heard from immigration yet but its was delivered through Canada post please advice if I need to apply separately for my children

1. You children will get PR along with you if you included them as accompanying dependents in your PR application. There is no need to apply for them separately.
2. The fastest way would be for them to obtain TRVs. However a TRV application for them will most likely be refused due to your status in Canada. Most likely the fastest way to get them here is through your spousal sponsorship application. However keep in mind that it could easily take another 12 months for your spousal sponsorship application to be processed.
