Spousal and OWP

I am applying for spousal sponsorship and want to send an OWP application with it. I am here in Canada on a two year iec program which will soon end.
Which should I choose in my situation? Question is from the “application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a worker”

I am applying for one or more of the following:

Apply for a work permit with the same employer

Restore my status as a worker (this one?)

Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer

Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

My husband is on the IEC permit too, I believe we ticked apply for a work permit with a new employer as well as restore my status as a worker (his IEC wasn't expired but I ticked it anyways) It was just approved so I must've done something right lol

Work permit for the first time or with a new employer. Do not select Restore; that is for people that have no status.
