heloo, i just married with my native man who is citizen of canada, we have our own little girl, but i have only mother of 2 child, one 9 years old and one 6 years from my early period of relationship...childrens have my surname , my childrens father died when i was pregnent of my second child, we had not good relationship...he has gone i don't know where, he had his own family, now we are doing our application , what demand we will have from imigration. thank you

yes he died. i mean i didn't seen he since i was pregnant for second child

You will likely need a death certificate.

It sounds to me if I'm reading it right you will need a death certificate for the first father and a affidavit stating you don't know where the other is and show proof that you have tried to find him... since dead and gone elsewhere are different things I'm assuming their is 2 fathers ?

thank you for your respond. in my case my childrens father are died but i am interesting, if mother is only persons who take care her children who was not married official and children have my surname , what proof is need, may be i have this second child from other person what i will expected from imigration ,,,, i think it's persons private life but what is general rules which everyone must follow?

It may be your private life , but if you want to sponsor the children , you play by the rules of sponsorship, otherwise you won’t get past go

and what is sponsorship rules when we want to sponsor children, what we need when children have mothers surname and on papers they have no father. father place on their birdthday sertificate is clean

You need to prove you have full legal custody of the children. For all we know, the fathers are alive and wanting their children but you are attempting to kidnap them. Canada is a signatory of the Hague Convention regarding international parental kidnapping. This means that they don't allow children to immigrate without proof of the parent's legal right to move the children to Canada.
