As long as you have no kids, no common-law partner/spouse, and no family anywhere in the world who are Canadian PR/citizen, then you can sponsor one of your siblings and their spouse/dependent kids.

You can't sponsor more than 1 sibling using this method.

Also you must not have any family who are PR/citizens, living anywhere in the world.
