I am a citizen of Canada, In April of 2011 I got married to a citizen of Georgia, I am a pensioner and suddenly created a health problem, Since October 2011, I have been living with my wife in Georgia. Because he was refused a temporary visa by the Embassy of Canada. Now I am not a Canadian resident now because I have been living in Georgia for several years, I have a health problem and need treatment, what is needed to be able to come to Canada with my wife (my wife is a Georgian citizen)
