Hello everyone,

Wanna know when its better to sponsor a spouse. Is it on your provincial nominee or permanent resident? Please help. Im in the stage of completing my provincial nominee application here in nova scotia

not until you become a permanent residence.you can't sponsor someone if you are still a foreign worker or student even if you have already received nomination from province.
but if you are already nominated and now sending application to CIO sydney you have to include your spouse and kids in the application.
