Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello to everyone

Need help for some steps
My wife is Canadian (Quebecois) and we want to start sponsorship. She will be the sponsor and would like to have some advice and opinion from those who already did this or have experience :)

I heard that letter of reference from employers along the family application sponsorship form is very helpful for the process of sponsorship. Is that true?
If yes, how to write a sample of letter of reference for my employers? Anyone could give a sample for security guard, interpreter and reporter!

If someone knows that all forms need to be filled for sponsorship exactly it would be appreciated to let us know :)

Any other advice is appreciated !

If you mean the letter from your job, you just go to the human resourses office where you work and they will give you a letter
atatin all the information about your job, how much you make, for how long you have been there workin and all that, all the forms
that you need to summit with your aplication are online at the CIC PAGE, wich is the immigration canada oficial page,

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
For outland, all the forms and guides are there.

A letter from your employer is not that useful for Family Class, since the focus is on your relationship, not your work skills.

Thanks to all!

Milesaway, there is no receipt form and I think now we have pay online the process fees !

I have been using this link's details, don't know if its the best for step by step.

and yeah I am living in Afghanistan ! any further information about would be perfect.

Yes, CIC no longer issues the receipt form, so you have to do it online.

You should really use the CIC guides, since they are the official ones. I'd also recommend you check out the thread for Afghan applicants.

There are 3 guides.

IMM3900 for the sponsor.
IMM3999 for the applicant, and IMM3911 for your region.

You don't need employment reference letters. CIC doesn't care if an applicant is employed; they just want to know that the relationship is genuine.

Actually, being from Afghanistan I believe he does need employment reference letters. In his region specific guide an "education and work experience questionnaire" is required and it stipulates that questionnaires without supporting documentation will not be accepted.
