sponsorship photographs of dependants

I am sponsoring my husband inland, he is under student visa right now. There is a part on the forms that requests passport photos for my husband and any dependents in Canada. we have a daughter born in Canada, so I WOULD ASSUME we need to have her passport picture. However, she is with her grandparents in Zimbabwe at the moment, so I guess my question is is it still okay for her to have the pictures taken there and sent here via DHL, and how about the picture requirements and address of pictures taken etc does it matter if it isnt a Canadian address?

Your child is Canadian and therefore not a dependent in this application. You do not send photos of her.
