I included my partners other name. She goes by a short version of her name.

The number you enter is 2.

Put na in every box on sheet 2 as it could be returned. Just show them you've read the info and addresses the fact it isnt applicable to you.

The question about your commonlaw/spouse on page 2 is different. Its if you already have one and are sponsoring someone else.

While filling out the Sponsorship Evaluation Form - IMM5481E, I am trying to enter in my occupation/position but I don't have enough space. What should I do? Any suggestions?

So then if you enter in your nickname for yourself in one form, then you would have to enter in both names for Given Name(s) on every form. Correct?

I'm not sure. We just put it on the sponsor form under other names known by. For everything we used the regular full name. We included it to show that all correspondance to her is in that name.

You will only use the nickname when they ask you the rest of the given name you will use your official given name.
Such as at IMM 0008 Question 2.

Hi, I am trying to submit PR Sponsorship application for my kid born in India and staying with my wife in india at present. I am in canada and started full time employment only from this year since March 2021 and i was unemployed since i got PR from 2019. Only my wife was working and has proof of income from 2019-2020. . But unfortunately she cannot be a co-sponsor as she is in india now.
Questions for IMM 5481e -Sponsorship evaluation form
1- what should i do to show my proof of income. I am working since this yr March 2021- have only offer letter, Payslip and Bank statement alone.

Supervisa requires proof of earned income not salary. Are you sure you qualify? Does your wife’s NOA from 2020 meet LICO?
