Sponsorship application 2018: how long does it take after medical results have been received?

Sponsorship
1.We received your application to sponsor on January 11, 2018.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 23, 2018
3.We started processing your application on January 22, 2018.
Have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent has been forwarded to the visa office in Beirut, Lebanon for further processing.

- we received with corresponding letter the background application, the medical exam to be done + the application for Quebec selection.

We sent all the documents the week after.

Does anyone have an experience or knowledge to share with me about how much longer it will take until decision made? What is your feelings about the procedures?

WOW!!! your application was received on January 11 and you've already gotten your medical request?! That's moving much, much quicker than most people here. (Have to say I'm a little jealous).

Normally the process just to get where you are now is anywhere up to 2 or 3 months. Have a look at this spreadsheet for 2017 applicants (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...XaLSJ5-tcm7qnJI/edit?usp=sheets_home&ths=true) and this website: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/outland-spousal-sponsorship-tracker and you'll see what the typical timelines are.

However, with how fast yours is going, I couldn't make any guesses as to how long it will take from here.

Thanks for the quick response but it is says for Lebanon : 12 months processing time. It is a good thing at where we at? I hear so much stories about long time processing or refusal?

just wait now, how many times it takes to receive the CSQ ? did you sent it before receiving a letter from CIC ?

good luck we are on the long process, but it seem on Birut office they are doing there best, my friend take it in 6 month

Just right after i received a letter saying apply for MIDI, CSQ. Medical exam was done on last friday in Beirut.

On MIDI they treating now the application received upon the 4th of june usually each week they will finish a week?, they are quick and on time

On Midi website they are processing the application received by January 10th, 2018

Geez Lucky. I have no word it’s been a month since they signed for the couriered application. Did yours go through Mississauga? Or do applications through Quebec go faster? It’s been 5 months since I have seen my husband.
