Hi,

I need help about my visa I won my appeal last month IN IAD the lawyer said 2 months they send written letter to my wife home then next process will start my question here it will be fill two months or between two months and also where my file will go the same visa office where I submit my file or they ask me where I want to transfer my file .

They won't ask you where you want to transfer it to. They make the choice for you. My husband and I won our appeal May 9/17 & got notice May 24/17. On June 5/17 his file was received in CPC-Ottawa. Haven't heard a peep since they ask for his email. But we have representative since we first apply in 2014.
