hi.
region specific instructions refer and general instruction. (all documents other than english should be translated in English and afadavit attached from the person who translates)
original nikah nama is in urdu. english version also available and filled. as such no translator required. is that ok?
English version of birth certificate available at the govt office. no translator required. is that ok?
people please join in sponsoring wife from pakistan
I believe if it is an official document released from a government office in English then you should be fine. We had to get all documents translated from Arabic to English (which I did here in Canada).
My husband had them all stamped by Ministry of Foreign Affairs before hand. If you have that available, it will help prove the documents are real.
Everyone is really helpful on this forum. It may take some time due to time differences, but you will get other replies.
This is the link for the Islamabad thread, you could try posting there as well.

if the english version is from the registrar with his stamp on it, then yeah it should be fine ... for myself i just kept the urdu and had it translated and certified in canada to send with the application. the b.certificate is from the gov't in english, so that is fine too.
