sponsoring wife and canadian child

Hi friends
I am a permanent residence since 2006. I have recently settled here in Kitchener starting June 2008. I want to sponsor my wife who is living outside Canada and witch we had a baby together here in Canada when she was visiting me last summer.
My questions are :
1-Where should I refer to the child since he is not accompanying her (Canadian).
where must we refere to the child in the papers since he is canadian in the accompaning or the non accompaning dependents.
