Thanks! Are you saying there is no particular for Permanent Resident again? Previously, I remembered I filled out PR form for my spouse. Anyone can response as I cannot find PR application form among sponsorship applications.

Sorry, I don't know what you are asking at this point. You, as sponsor need to complete the forms under "Part 1" in the link PMM gave you. The forms your spouse, who is the PR applicant, needs to fill out are the forms listed under "Part 2".

Hi guys, I just a quick question. Can I send both rehabilitation and sponsorship forms to Mississauga office. I plan to pay $200 for Reha and $550 for sponsorship. Anyone will experience because I don't want them to return the application

Rehab and PR forms are to be filed together and if its a serious crime. Its $1000 fee just for the rehab section. If deported you will need arc $400 so pay all up front including the landing fees. It will speed up the process fast. Prepare to wait awhile as I have been waitong since 2012. Write a letter what the fees are for separate bank drafts or online payments. So your PR fee . Rehab fee $1000. Arc $400. If deported and u didn't buy your own ticket. Pay the $1500 upfront now. Five years must pass completely including probation periods. U must have original receipts of fines paid. Special assessment fee ( for USA court charges $100 reciept can be acquired from district Attorney office in the USA where ever your case was ) I had to do all this and still waiting

That's great if he was not deported. Please write a detail letter explainin what happen that lead up to the arrest. Be very remorseful. U didn't say what the charges were. Where it happen etc. Any fines paid as u will need the receipt. You will also need the full case file from the court sealed and untouched . $1000 for serious crimes . So paying $200 now will be a waste of more time . Was he ever in canada. Was he ask to leave ? Removal order ? Did he leave on time ?
