Sponsoring spouse and depended child

Hello,
I and my daughter (2yrs old) are canadian PR. After landing we left canada within one month. Now I would like to return Canada. When I applied for PR, my husband did not apply. Now I have a son of two months old. I would like to sponsor my son and husband so that they can come and stay with me. I live in Bangladesh and working here. Can anyone tell me wheather I can sponsor them as soon as I return Canada? Is there any waiting period? As I dont have any job in canada, I will not be able to show any source of income in Canada. But I can show income from Bangladesh as me and my husband work there. What is the minimum fund requirements to sponsor both of them? Please help me. I am really in difficult situation as I have to return canada by next year may.I really dont want to come leaving my little son and my husband.

Well being a PR the first thing you need to do its get back here,a pr must be in Canada the whole time the process for family sponsorship is being processed,so you will have to come here and leave them there until they are approved.
Then you will need to sponsor them through the family class as your spouse and accompanying dependant.
When did you land and when did you leave,there is a residency requirement for PR. You must be present living working in Canada for 3 years out of your first 5.
If you are within these then thenext step is to come back and sponsor them,but like i said once you sponsor them you can not leave Canada until the process is complete and they land.

You can start the sponsorship process as soon as you get back to Canada.

You don't need a job or an income to sponsor a spouse or dependent child. Of course, the visa officer will want to see that you can fulfill your sponsorship obligations, so get a job as soon as possible. You can include evidence of your and your husband's income in Bangladesh, and any bank accounts or investments you have, as well.
