I am a permanent resident of Canada. I am wondering is it possible to sponsor my sister to bring her to Canada from Bangladesh. She is married and over 21 years old. My parents also live in Bangladesh but they do not want to come to Canada. I live alone.

No, you cannot sponsor your sister because your parents are still alive.

It's only possible through the provincial nominee programme in one of the provinces that still has it's own family plan(I think Manitoba and Saskatchewan? There are other reqs for this though such as living there for a period of time). Otherwise no.
