Hi, I am a Canadian citizen staying in the Philippines with the plan to marry my gf there and then sponsor her back to Canada with me. I have no intention of returning to Canada to apply. So I guess this is called outland. But my question is.. WHERE do we mail the completed application packages, to the Manilla office or directly to Mississauga?? And i assume we submit both mine and her applications together?
