I got approved as a sponsor, my parents did the medical tests and submitted the PCCs. We submitted application for CSQ and should get a decision next week and after that we only need to pay the fees.

We submitted Medicals, CSQ, and PCC. Waiting for PPR now.

She can do the mdeicals before just have to be sure which tests she's supposed to do. But to be honest, it doesn't really speed up the process a lot as they are very quick with sending results. If I were you, I would wait for the request so there won't be any mistakes.

Guys I've only received my CSQ recently and forwarded it to CPC Ottawa a few days ago. Medicals and Police check was done in August. How long did it take from CSQ submission to DM for you guys?

I am a bit confuse about this process at this point.
I applied in June 2010 to sponsor my parents and just yesterday (Dec 17 2016) I got my decision letter.
yes you are reading correctly! 6.5 years later!!

I am applying for the CSQ for my parents and the CIC told me they forwarded the letter to the visa office.

I am just confuse about what actions I should take the next.

I get my csq and then what? should I send it myself to the CIC? visa office in Bogota?
did the process of visa for my parents started as soon as the CIC sent the lettter to them?
I should just wait for the visa office to contact me or there is another application I have to fill up for them?
I was surfing and surfing and I couldnt get a clear point in this.
