Myself and wife are PR holders in Canada and live here. We recently welcomed our baby and brought her back with us to Canada. Now, we are planning on applying for her PR to live with us in Canada. Do we still need to file the IMM 5604? I am the sponsor and my wife is not co-signing as she is still a student. Any help will be appreciated.
