9. Are you a naturalized canadian or Permanent resident of canada --> YES i m..
If YES, then on what date you have become PR--> 20 June 2009
I have question on "Which canadian visa office issued your immigration visa or confirmation of permanent residence" --> Actually I landed in Toronto on June 20 2009. My PR card though I have received it from Nova Scotia..What should I mention here?? .. I dont see anything mention in my confirmation of PR document as well.. Pls help
Thanks a lot in advance.. look to hear from you soon..
Didn't you come to Canada from India? If so, I assume your application was handled at the Canadian visa office in New Delhi; if so, the Canadian visa office that issued your immigration visa was the High Commission of Canada to India, i.e., New Delhi.
No I lived in Germany for close to 7 years. I hadprocessed my PR application to Canada in Germany. I had sent all my document to the canadian embassy located in Berlin.. So should it be Berlin here? I was wondering if I have to mention the visa processing centre from where I have received my PR CARD in canada
Hi Canadian Women just want to take this opportunity to ask a small question:
Today my wife had went for her medicals in Bangalore (we currently reside in Bangalore. We both work here and I will leave to canada in a week's time). In the Appendix C, the doctor advised us to write our residential address in Bangalore as the mailing address (our address in Bangalore is reflected on the Form 2 which we have received from the doctor). However, in the application she had mentioned her permanent address in Hyderabad where her parents are put up as the mailing address (we thought it would be better to give their address as they will always be at home and be in a better position to receive all kinds of communication). So is this fine to have Bangalore address as mailing address in Appendix C and Permanent address in Hyderabad as mailing address in the remaining application forms?
If your wife is going to be staying at your place in Bangalore after you leave until she goes to Canada herself, having it as your mailing address is OK. If she is not going to be staying there, definitely make sure the visa office knows - maybe attach a note.
I think it would be a good idea to attach a note saying you and your wife are currently living at the Bangalore address, and it is the mailing address listed on Appendix C, but that the address you actually want to be used for correspondence is the Hyderabad address.
