hello buddies,

i am currently on pr and residing outside Canada for my studies purpose.. the girl i am gonna get married is Pakistani too. well the question is .. after getting married, i can go back to Canada and from there can i first apply for her spouse visa and when she is in Canada on spouse visa i can apply for her immigration??? is it possible..?? and for how long can she live in Canada on her spouse visa???

as i have being told i cannot apply for her visit visa while she is in process of immigration.

for Pr holder there is no such spouse visa ,, you have to appy for her immigration under family class .
and you can try for visit visa but chances of getting visit visa is only 5%

yes u can do that as well but inland application process is very long

normally on visit visa people get entry of 6 month and then they can apply for extension

i am also from pakistan and i know duration is long but now days its little bit fast so hoping that from jan they will process cases within 8 to 10 months.
