Hello guys is there any way for me to sponsor my sister because she just the one left in our country and my mom, I don’t have any problem sponsoring my mom right? But anyway my sister has two children but not married is there anyway for me to sponsor her or can my dad sponsor my sister even she’s over 18yr old, if not is there a way for her to work here and be a permanent residence?
Unfortunately, sponsorship is out of the question as you have family in Canada and she is unlikely to be considered a dependent of your parents. Immigrating on her own is likely the only opportunity.

If she is under 22, unmarried and not common-law, and her father is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident in Canada, maybe he can sponsor her and her children. The age limit was changed.
