A bit of complicated situation. I'm and American-born Canadian, having obtained Canadian citizenship through my mother, who had immigrated to Canada from the Philippines before I was born. I've got 3 passports (US, Canada, and the Philippines), my wife has only 1 passport (Philippines), and my 3 daughters are all dual citizens of the US and the Philippines. We all want to make a move to Canada in the next few years. Due to my own status being born outside of Canada and my daughters all being born after April 2009, I understand that they will not have Canadian citizenship automatically conferred to them.

As I understand matters, once I get my wife and daughters approved by the Canadian immigration, they can enter Canada and become Permanent Residents. My question is "how likely will I be to get approval for my middle daughter who has high-functioning-autism?" She is 4 years old and was diagnosed last year. She will likely need special services when/f we have her enter the Canadian education system. Due to her condition, would she be likely denied immigration status?

Yes, I know the US is a viable option, but we're really not up for a move to the US at this point, especially with Fuhrer Trump setting up the 4th Reich. Thanks for your replies

Your situation is not complicated at all. You can sponsor your family for PR without issue. Your daughter will not be denied because of her autism.

As you are Canadian, you can apply for citizenship for your daughters as soon as they become PRs. Your wife will need to wait the necessary years until she meets the citizenship residency requirement.
