once you become a canadian PR.........................how soon you can call you mother to visit you on Visitor Visa.............not as a PR but jus to visit you..........for a month or so...............what are the requirements............can you call her before the three month waiting period..............or she can be called immediately?
You can call your mother to visit you at any time but there is still no guarantee that she will get a visa. The most important thing is to prove to immigration that your mother has strong ties to her homeland and will return home after her visit. Also, she will need to prove that she has funds to support herself while in Canada or at least that you have funds to support her.

There is no waiting time. Your mother should apply for her own visit visa but you can send her a letter of invitation with your bank statement declaring that you invite her to stay for a month and that you will take care of her during this visit and she can give this letter to the embassy when she applies.
