Sponsoring minor nephew/niece.

Hi All,

Anyone here have sponsored their minor nephew/niece? Can you share your process and where you able to bring them succesfully? I am planning to sponsor both my nephew and niece who are age 15 and 11, but not sure where to start or if it is ok since they are still a minor and both their parents are ok with it.

Any advise or who can share their experience would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry but you can't sponsor them, they are not your dependents.

As said above, not possible to sponsor them.

It would only be possible if they were orphans (i.e. both parents deceased).
