Hi.. hope someone can help with my questions.
I am having PR and currently in home country. My son born in home country. My question,
1. Can I take my kid to Canada with TRV?. What is the process to apply TRV from home country.
2. Can I do a inland sponsorship when he is in Canada in TRV visa?

Hi

1. You can apply for a TRV. It may or may not be approved. If refused, you can try for a TRP. If that is refused, then you will need to return to Canada while the child remains in your home country. You are required to reside in Canada throughout the entire sponsorship process.

2. There is no inland option to sponsor a dependent child. You will still be applying outland even if the child is here as a visitor.
