sponsoring bf from philippines

I have been witb my bf for 4 years now. I was in philippines for 2 years to study and I was living at his place every weekend and sem breaks and holidays. Now, I want to bring him here to Canada. Im a canadian citizen. I just want to know the chances or options on how he can come to canada. thanks

Before you can sponsor him - you need to either be married or common law. Common law means that you have lived together at the same physical address for at least one full year.
