I have a PR card currently outside Canada and want to sponsor my new born baby to come with my family to live in Quebec.
I have prepared the following documents to send to CIC.
• Demande de Parrainage (IMM 1344) F
• L’Evaluation du Parrainage (IMM 5481) F
• Formulaire de demande generique pour le Canada (IMM 0008)
• Annexe 9 Declaration D’intention de Resider Au Quebec (IMM 0008_9F intention reside)
• Renseignements additionnels sur la famile (IMM 5406) F
• Annexe A – Antecedents / Declaration (IMM 5669) F
• Rapport Medical: Section A (IMM 1017 SCL F)

Q: what other document are needed ?
Q: do i have to include something else before I mail them to CIC ?
