Sponsoring a common-law partner

Guys.. Need help please.. We were under the provincial nominee program and was blessed to have been granted with visa and now we are PR here in Canada. The problem is, i have declared my common-law partner as non-accompnying dependent on my application. He already have UCI number. now, i want to have him here in Canada with us. how will i be able to get him? Thank you!
