Hi, I there any immigration category to sponsor a brother who is already married and have 3 children.
We are 4 siblings in the family, the 3 of us are here including my mother. My father is a US citizen.
We would like my brothers family to be here in Canada also becuase he is the only one away from us.
he is not qualified to a point system because he only have trade skills, I sponsor his wife to be a cregiver but she failed.

Can I sponsor his family?

No, he will have to apply on his own. If he has a skilled trade, he should look into the PNP programs in the various provinces, or find a job in Canada, that the employer is able to get a labour market opinion.

PMM

If you live in AB, you might be able to sponsor him under PNP family stream, see http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrate/familystreamcandidate.html

If you live in Manitoba, same thing, http://www2.immigratemanitoba.com/browse/howtoimmigrate/pnp/pnp-family_support.html

Otherwise, you can try to find him a job with his trade and get him a temporary work permit. Most tradesmen are in short supply here.
