Sponsoring a baby borne outside of Canada be4 citizenship of parents

Hi all.

We are a landed residents holding PR cards. We landed last year October and moved out of Canada for a permanent settlement later.

We are expecting a new family member by Jan 2018. What is the process of sponsoring baby considering baby is born outside of Canada and parents already have PR cards.
