Kindly help me with your suggestions.
- I have sponsored my spouse in Nov 2023 and met my eligibility on January 2024 and file was transferred to back home for further processing.
- I applied for her visit visa on Feb/2024 and her visa was approved
- She did her biometric for her visit visa application.
- She travelled to Canada on Mar 21, 2024 but officer stamped on arrival that she can stay in Canada until May 04, 2024.
- She received her biometric for her PR on Apr04/2024 and she will be giving her biometric in Toronto next week.
I prefer her to stay with me permanently and would like to have her application processed in Canada.
What I have done so far:
- As she is eligible, I applied for her open work permit today.
- I sent a webform request to change her address permanently in Canada.
- I'm planning to apply for visit visa extension tomorrow.
Please advise me that Am I on right track ? Am I missing anything? or Should I do in a different way?
