Sponsor to brother

hi, i am a canadian citizen but i live in Saudi Arabia because of my job is in Saudi Arabia. My brother is in usa in E2 status. He is from Pakistan. Can I sponsor him with his family?

The short answer is no.

First of all you would need to be living in Canada in order to sponsor him.

Secondly, you can only sponsor him if you have no spouse, no children, both of your parents are deceased and you have no other family members who are already living in Canada (e.g. aunt, uncle).
