I am Filling the form IMM 5669E

For Question No.8 - Personal History, my mother came to Canada to visit us twice, both for a short period of time, should I include these in her personal history?

Same thing about Question No. 12 - Addresses, should I list my address where she lived when she visited us.

Yes in personal history, for address - not really necessary as its a visit not a residence
