I am a PR holder and planning to get married here with my girlfriend, she is an international student and currently holding study permit.
My question is can I sponsor her here to live with me in Canada while she is still studying? and what papers will be required from my side so I can prepare? I looked up on internet but there are so many answer and a bit confused

No issue. If your spouse will remain in Canada during the application process would apply for inland spousal sponsorship. Does your spouse want to keep studying during the process? It can take over month to get a marriage certificate so would anticipate that it may take a while to apply after getting married.
Thank you for the answer! yes, my spouse still want to keep studying during the process. What I'm wondering is if my spouse will need any other documents from me besides my PR ( perhaps my income paper too ). I got the PR a few months ago and not sure if she need any papers from of my origin country so I can get them translated and sealed at my local People's Committee soon.
