Hello,
I'm a single and would like to sponsor my brother. He is currently in Yemen and the situation there is very bad. My parents are still alive and are also living in Yemen.
What is the best way for me to sponsor him?

Thanks

Unfortunately it's not possible to sponsor him directly since your parents are still alive. If he's 18 years old or under, you could go the route of sponsoring your parents and including your sibling as a dependent.

I want to do the Family sponsoship but with the what happened this year, the chances are not in my favour, they selected 10K out of almost 100K.

I was thinking of making him apply for express entry but that doesn't seem like a good options either :S

If he qualifies for Express Entry - he can certainly apply.
