Hi there, new to this!
My husband is Canadian citizen he moved over in the 70's from England & moved back here to England in 2005 & we married in 2010(I'm british) Am I right in understanding my husband can sponsor me from here in England? I also have 2 sons 20 & 16, his stepsons, the youngest wants to come to Canada the eldest doesn't. Many thanks Karen

Yes. You need to show that you intend to reside in Canada after receiving PR.

The law will be changing on Jan. 1, 2014 to lower the maximum age of dependant children from 22 to 19. So if the eldest changes his mind, then make sure you apply this year. After that it will be too late.

Hi dear

start a conversation here in the London thread first here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/thread-for-outland-london-uk-applications-t49436.0.html.
There are many members who are applying through this VO so I am sure you will get up to date info. Bear in mind that London is officially on strike so you must weigh all your options.
Yes you may apply (Your hubby to be the sponsor) from England.
The procedure is straight forward especially for you that have a marriage for all these years.

Best of luck
