Sponsor Evaluation Form - Dependent Child Only

Hi - I moved to Canada about 5 months ago. My spouse and I have PR. But my daughter was born in the US after we received our PR and so I am applying for her PR.

I am filling out the sponsorship evaluation form and I have the following questions:

1. Net Personal Income - It's asking for this info for the preceding 12 months. I got transfer from my company in the US but there is a salary and currency difference. I got the transfer to Canada about 4 months back. Question is should I put income for last 4 months only? I am not sure because of the difference in currencies and salary.
2. In the form IMM5481 - do I need to include my spouse in question 6A (Your spouse or common-law partner. Provide details on the back of this page) if he is not my dependent? I am not clear if they are asking to list the spouse regardless of whether he is financially dependent on you.
