Sponsor Doesn't have PR Card ~ Only Landing Document

Hi everyone ~ I'm almost ready to turn in all my papers, only waiting on FBI Check which I sent in 4 weeks ago, called FBI, told to check back next week as he may have update available! YAY!! But, I'm a little concerned as my husband does not have his PR card, he is a landed immigrant ~ landed in 1993, has not applied for PR card because he had no real reason to do so......or so we thought. Is this going to be a problem? Should we do his PR application now? I'm confused, I don't want to mess anything up. I also don't know where to find his official landing number on his landing paper as they changed the form a few years ago and his document looks nothing like the new ones. There are a couple of number in the top of the document, one that starts 93 175 ---- and to the right of that is another number that starts X000259--- and below it is another set of numbers, 2524 ----.

Being a landed immigrat he has a form in his pasport right you need to copy that and send it with the app.I know my ex wife being british she was a landed immigrant and in her passport was her landed immigrant papers.
